We have no control over the material uploaded/shared by our website customers. Therefore, we do not guarantee the validity, integrity or quality of the material. Karle Packaging is not responsible for any web content that you find offensive, harassing, abusive or illegal.
Removal of links from our website

To access all features of our Site, the Company requires users to register their email as well as a password for future access. The Site reserves the right to request any commercial and personal information if required.

Return and Refund Policy
Stock products - if you have ordered the wrong product or it does not suit your needs, we are happy to return it to us provided it has not been opened - a 20% restocking fee will be charged. You will need to arrange for the product to be returned to our Sydney warehouse.
Once the product has been inspected and restocked, we will refund the value of the product (minus shipping + 20% restocking fee)
If we have supplied the wrong product, we will immediately arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and the defective product to be returned to us.
Custom Products - If you find a delivered product that is defective or not printed to specifications, then you need to notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Since they are custom made and therefore not eligible for resale, we will reprint your original order but will not offer a refund. Defect analysis will be performed by the management team. To receive a reprint of your original order, you must submit original images of the defective product and will need to send the defective product to the Company within 7 business days at your own expense in order to receive a reprint of your order. Defective products are not intended for your use. The fee for expedited orders is non-refundable.
If approved, how long does it take to receive a refund?
After Karle Packaging receives your merchandise, please wait up to 5 business days for your refund to be returned to your account. Your receipt of a refund will depend on how long it takes for your financial institution to complete the refund.
Order Production, Shipping and Delivery.
Turnaround time for Karle Packaging orders begins after you have paid in full for a custom product in which we have all the information needed to complete the order & your certification has been approved. This public turnaround time does not include shipping time.
